Click on the Hi-Res (for printing) or Lo-Res (for the web or PowerPoint) link for the image you want.
To save to your PC, right-click the image and choose "Save Picture As..." and then chose your file.
Mac users should right-click (or control-click) and choose "Download image to disk".
